AzW is the Austrian museum of architecture. Based in Vienna, it has the most comprehensive and significant collection of Austrian architecture of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, including many bequests and estates that, with their wealth of documents, also provide background information on social, economic, and technical history.

The librarycontains 16 000 titles with architects’ biographies, exhibition catalogues and publications on the subject of architecture as well as some 100 architectural journals from all over the world. As a special service in the library, articles can be called up worldwide with the aid of the Iconda data base.
