Collection
The collections at the Archives are organized between material acquired from the CEPT University titled CEPT Repository, and material acquired from independent practices across India and beyond titled Professional Practitioners. These collections are complemented by an Oral Histories programme, consisting of audio-visual interviews with eminent practitioners represented in the Archives. The Special Collection focuses on emerging modes of architectural representation, print culture, and evolving practices within architecture and allied disciplines. The Archives have digitised and processed over 90,000 records across 51 collections that include, but are not limited to drawings, sketches, negatives, photographs, books, fine art, audio recordings, letters, reports, site notes, architectural models, drawing and draughting objects.
