The National Institute of Architecture (NAI) is an emerging center for architectural knowledge, exhibitions, cultural encounters, and events, encompassing within one institution both an architecture collection and a program of architectural research and dissemination. Founded in 2024, NAI operates as a contemporary museum aiming to be a laboratory of the global architecture field, a platform for research, communication, and representation of emerging ideas to the public, and a catalyst for the further development of the architecture processes in Lithuania. Through its activities, NAI fosters imagination and courageous experimentation, promotes innovation and inclusivity in architecture, and builds sustainable local and international relationships grounded in co-creation, learning, and meaningful exchange.
