Mokchon Kim Jung Sik Foundation

The aim of the  Mokchon Architecture Archive, established by the Mokchon Kim Jung Sik Foundation, is to collect and document historical material on mordern Korean architecture. The Mokchon Foundation organizes seminars, public events, and oral history projects on an ongoing basis.

Collection
The archive is dedicated to collect and preserve important architectural records of Korea since the 20th century with the aim to establish and continue a systematic production of archive collections. The collection consists of architectural drawings, sketches, models, photographs, documents, books, and individual drawings and archives: sketches, notebooks, diaries, memos. Its broad scope of activities includes oral history projects, preservation and digitalization of archival materials, and the distribution of major materials through online access, publications, exhibitions, symposia, and research projects.
